Been a fan of this song, Numa Numa for a while and just had to watch this Sailor Moon music video to it which features superb lip syncing to the song! You will laugh out loud while watching this music video.

Something different this week for Moonie Music Monday!

First up is this Sailor Moon: The Untold Story by the maker of the upcoming Fighter4Luv Sailor Stars fandub. Very cool though you'll have to visit it via the link as embedding has been disabled.
Next up is Sailor Moon Scouts: The Drunken After Party which I would probably rate PG. Contains doll (i.e. Barbie) nudity. Ever wonder what the Sailor Scouts get up to after a night on the town? Now you know:

A year or so ago I caught this new American cartoon on Cartoon Network called W.I.T.C.H which was quite good and obviously drew heavy inspiration from Sailor Moon.
Someone has grabbed the theme song from W.I.T.C.H. and placed it over the Sailor Moon live action opening and it's freaky how well it matches, right down to the correct elements (for the most part) and the singing at the end! Guardians Unite!
In a similar theme, someone has made a rather good Sailor Moon live action opening blending both the Japanese Sailor Moon theme song and the English version. Check it out!

While I've loved the DiC Sailor Moon Theme Club Mix ever since I heard it, I've never really thought it could be played in a club until I saw this video!
It's incredible! I've never seen so much effort been put into a video before. I can just see this being projected on a wall in a club! Really well done with great integration of Sailor Moon anime, computer game and live action footage!!!

The pace is a lot different than most Sailor Moon music videos. Very laid back. It's also very refreshing as it doesn't show the same Sailor Scout attacks and transformations over and over again... and again... and again...
On another note, Moonkitty.NET will be turning NINE YEARS OLD next year in April!!! Just one more until the big 1-0!!!

There has been talk of someone interested in getting the titles Geneon used to own and Sailor Moon has been thrown around a bit but even if anyone gets what Geneon owned, Sailor Moon wouldn't be available as their licence for the series expired years before the company went under.
Sorry about this lateness! It's kind of more like a Moonie Music Wednesday this week! Have just been really busy socially and with my Japanese study and let the spotlight slip a bit!
This is a great music video from years back featuring Sailor Mars to the song, Desert Rose by Sting. It really is such a well made video and well worth a look especially for Sailor Mars fans.
It's epic, has some great fast editing and shows some key scenes but doesn't really give anything away for those who haven't watched the series yet. Check it out!

Sorry for the lateness in posting this week's Sailor Moon music video! To make up for it, I thought I'd try something different and showcase this video of a live performance of some Moonies performing Sailor Moon cosplay and singing Cest La Vie to a live audience earlier this year at the Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco!

I was in a bit of a Sailor Uranus mood tonight so did a search for a Sailor Uranus music video and found this one!
It's made by Majorante and is actually her first music video! You wouldn't think so looking at it though. The timing is spot on and the selection of footage is taken from the entire series not just one or two episodes like most music videos.
I especially love the still shots used at the end.

I was so surprised when I found THIS SAILOR MOON MUSIC VIDEO ON YOUTUBE. It's an English Sailor Moon song that I'd never heard before and it's a really good song!
Judging from the accent I'm guessing it's from the Spanish dub of the Sailor Moon anime, though I could be wrong. Anyone know for sure?

Heading towards finishing my live action Sailor Moon guide I thought it appropriate to feature this really beautiful Sailor Moon music video set to the piano version of Kirari Sailor Dream. Funnily enough, the first time I heard this song was when several of my friends started singing it in karaoke and now I just love it.
Unfortunately there are like a hundred Sailor Moon music videos featuring this song and most of them, like most Sailor Moon videos, are just clips of attacks and transformations edited together.
Imagine my relief when I found this video. The director has gone out of her way to create her own graphics and cut scenes for the video which really makes it stand alone. The editing is also really well done and unlike other Sailor Moon videos it actually has a theme!
This music video came out a few years back after the S and SuperS seasons were dubbed. The song is sung by the voice actress of Sailor Mini Moon during those seasons and is a hillarious parody of The Real Slim Shady by Eminem.
This week I wanted to showcase another great live action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon music video that I've been a fan of for a while that's to the tune of Evanescence's My Immortal.
