3rd gen english sailor moon manga written in green text with a rainbow shadow.

The Sailor Moon Naoko Takeuchi Collection (called the Sailor Moon Bunko Collection in Japan) is a secondary third generation release of the Sailor Moon manga that came out soon after the completion of the Sailor Moon Eternal Edition.

Sailor Moon Naoko Takeuchi Collection

The Eternal Edition and Naoko Takeuchi Collection releases have the exact same English translation and are essentially just variations on the same version of the Sailor Moon manga which is why I've classed both as being within the third gen.

In short, the Sailor Moon Naoko Takeuchi Collection volumes are smaller, cheaper versions of the much larger premium Eternal Edition manga volumes and are ideal for Sailor Moon fans on a budget or with limited space at home.

The Eternal Edition manga volumes also feature several more colour pages than previous Sailor Moon manga releases.

The release of the Sailor Moon Naoko Takeuchi Collection manga has experienced a number of significant changes.
