Rini (or Chibi Usa in the original Japanese version) is corrupted by Wiseman and transforms into Wicked Lady (Black Lady) in Episode 78 of the second season, Sailor Moon R, The Birth of Wicked Lady (Japanese Episode 85, Birth of the Dark Queen, Black Lady).

Rini remains in the form of Wicked Lady until a few episodes later in, Final Battle (Japanese Episode 88, Final Battle Between Light and Darkness! Pledging our Love to the Future").

Fans of the Sailor Moon Musicals should note that this story is adapted in the 2001 Summer Special Musical: The Birth of the Princess of Darkness, Black Lady and is well worth a look.
