"The Return of Haruka and Michiru! The Ghostly Puppet Show"
In a dark room somewhere a man and his puppet talk to each other. Later the man and puppet perform a puppet show at what looks like a rather expensive hotel near the ocean. The audience laughs a lot and rather enjoys the show. At one of the tables is Michelle. A waiter brings her a bottle of wine. She lets him put it in the cooler but then stands up and walks out. The puppeteer looks at her suspiciously.
In one of the hotel rooms, Amara is in bed very sick. A female employee at the
Just then Michelle, The two talk about this strange feeling they've gotten from this hotel. Michelle says that ever since the eclipse she's been feeling uneasy. Amara says that if it were from outside the solar system it would feel stronger so they shouldn't worry about it. Unknown behind them a small puppet's eye moves. The puppet from the hall is spying on them!
The girl from before enters and screams. The man looks at her and smiles. Later that night, Michelle is on a balcony looking out at the ocean. Suddenly she senses someone behind her and turns to see the girl. The girl says that she was worried that she might catch a cold and should come inside. Michelle thanks her for her concern but decides to stay outside.
Suddenly the girl reaches for As she looks at the unconscious girl she notices a weird gem on her forehead. From her room she hears Amara screaming for help. She transforms into Sailor Neptune and runs to his aid. When she gets to her room she sees Amara stuck on the wall and the man and his puppet draining his energy away.
The man tells her not to harm them because if the bottle the puppet is holding should break, all the shadows in the world will come alive and attack their owners. Sailor Neptune hesitates at this but once the puppet starts draining more of Amara's energy she attacks him with a Neptune Deep Submerge, The man yells at her and asks why she would risk the world like that and how she knew what he said wasn't true. She smiles and says that a world without Amara isn't worth living in and that she would have destroyed the bottle to save her no matter what the truth was. The man calls her insane. Amara then stands up, still a bit sick, and transforms into Sailor Uranus. Sailor Neptune tells her not to be fooled and that the man is the puppet.
Sailor Uranus attacks the As the puppet is being destroyed, it screams in frustration over achieving nothing for the Dead Moon. As it explodes, the gems from the man and girl's foreheads disappear, freeing them. All the people in the dining hall also wake up. No-one remembers anything that happened.
Michelle wonders if that puppet was part of a new enemy intent on taking over the world. Amara tells her not to worry and that Sailor Moon and the others can take care of it.
Monster of the DayThe puppet appears to be a being from the Dead Moon with the ability to drain energy from people and control people through it's gems. It can also see through smaller puppets' eyes to spy on people. The fact that it had mentioned it had been waiting hundreds of years could either mean it was stranded on Earth fore hundreds of years and has since decided to become active with the return of the Dead Moon or that it, like the rest of the Dead Moon had waited hundreds of years to invade Earth. It really is open to interpretation.
