Usagi's Everlasting Wish! A New Reincarnation
Rather than wait for Sailor Moon to come to her, Queen Beryl releases a ball of energy that goes and picks up Sailor Moon and brings her to her throne room.
As Sailor Moon gets up she sees Darien kneeling at Queen Beryl's side and kissing her hand. Beryl then commands he kill Sailor Moon and he quickly stands up, draws his sword and lunges at Sailor Moon.
Sailor Moon dodges him and uses Moon Healing Activation but it's no use. Beryl explains that he has been infused with pure dark energy by Queen Metalia and that Sailor Moon is not a real princess yet so cannot heal him.
Darien leaps into the air and swings his sword at Sailor Moon who dodges his attack once more. He then summons a black rose and throws it at her which expands into 
several long black vines that wrap themselves around her and begin to electrocute her.
After being shocked for several minutes, Sailor Moon crawls along the floor towards her Moon Wand which had been knocked out of her hand. Tuxedo Mask gets to her before she can reach it though and she sees no other choice but to attack him with Moon Tiara Magic.
The tiara hits him right in the chest and knocks him over but he soon staggers up and moves in to kill Sailor Moon.
Sailor Moon screams out for him to stop and pulls out the Moon Locket which begins to play it's song. She pleads with him to remember their past and present. Darien, confused, reaches out and touches the locket. A bright silver light shines from his finger tips and covers his whole body as he collapses.
Moments later he opens his eyes and thanks Sailor Moon for helping him.
Queen Beryl, furious over Sailor Moon stealing Darien from her again, throws a massive black crystal at them both but Darien throws a red rose at it that splinters it and hits Beryl in the chest. Unfortunately shards of the crystal hit Darien in the back, severely injuring him.
Beryl looks at the rose in her chest and realises that her body is dying and that the rose had been infused with Darien's love for Sailor Moon. She threatens to kill them both and sinks through the floor to Queen Metallia's chamber.
Sailor Moon meanwhile holds Darien as he lies dying. He tells her that he wants her to get away from all this and live a normal life. Sailor Moon tells him what a great guy he 
is and he passes away. Sailor Moon leans in to kiss him but stops and apologises to him as all of her friends died before they could kiss the men they loved. She then stands up and goes to battle Queen Beryl.
Underground, Queen Beryl asks Metallia for energy. Metallia agrees and announces that it's time to cover the entire planet in darkness.
Outside the ground begins to shake and a giant purple flower emerges and opens to reveal a gargantuan Queen Beryl who had been completely powered up and 
transformed by Metallia's power.
Sailor Moon walks towards her but Beryl blasts her. The snow and ice crystallises as it had done before but the top suddenly opens up to reveal Sailor Moon in the form of Princess Serenity! She holds the Moon Wand up and summons a powerful Moon Healing Activation attack. Beryl counters it with an equally powerful attack.
The spirits of Sailor Venus, Jupiter, Mars and Mercury then appear and give Princess Serenity their powers. Together they release a huge pink energy ball that floats towards Beryl and destroys her though 
unfortunately takes Sailor Moon's life in the process.
The energy continues to expand though swallows Sailor Moon's body as she wishes that everyone could return to the way things were before.
The energy keeps growing and engulfs the bodies of Sailor Mars, Venus, Mercury and Jupiter and lights up the entire North Pole as the Moon moves to cover the Earth 
from view.
The next day Serena wakes up in bed and is late for school. As she runs out of the house (and Lita runs past her) Luna and Artemis sit on the roof and are happy that everything turned out well and how the girls were all given a second chance. Luna is a bit sad that they don't remember each other but Artemis explains that all they have to do is meet each other and their memories are sure to return.
Serena runs past Mina who's waiting at the bus stop and Raye cleaning at her 
temple and at school with Molly spots Amy who had gotten the top scores in a test.
After school Serena and Molly run into Darien as Serena accidentally tosses a test away that hits him on his head. Darien comments on what a bad score it is and Molly and Serena walks away from him. Darien comments to himself what a strange girl she is and then smiles.
Serena is furious at Darien but Molly suggests that perhaps their meeting was fate. Serena tells him there's no way as she already has a dream guy in her mind that she lives (though his face is hidden from view and unidentifiable).
Interesting Facts
Scenes cut for the English version include shots of Darien strangling Sailor Moon and electrocuting her with his black roses. Darien's death was also changed to him simply resting in the English version and the shots of Sailor Moon about to kiss him were cut completely. While the battle with Beryl remains pretty much the same, several shots were cut to make it flow faster and naturally the scenes of the pink light swallowing the bodies of Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter and Tuxedo Mask were also cut out.Strangely the dream sequence of Serena talking to Darien in bed was cut from the fight scene and placed at the end of the episode in the English version in a very literal way, suggesting Serena found him in hospital after the big battle. While this is a nice ending it does completely contradict several events in Sailor Moon R.
