The second bumper played after the show returned from a commercial break and featured the exact same visuals as the first but with male voices saying "Sailor Moon!" in the background. As with the first one the voices seem very unprofessional and could very well be the animation staff or others involved in the production of the series though this is purely speculation on my part.
