This first bumper features a spotlight that pans around the screen and spots Luna before finding Sailor Moon who turns around as female voices yell out "Sailor Moon!".

The voices seem very unprofessional and could very well be the animation staff or others involved in the production of the series though this is purely speculation on my part.
