In Brief: While Sailor Moon has used her Moon Wand to heal people previously as she begins to awaken she advances to the point where she can heal simply by using her hands and eventually her whole body which begins to emit a powerful golden glowing aura.

The Move: Sailor Moon first uses her healing powers by placing her hands over Mamoru and Hina and wishing them to heal. A golden light then begins to glow from her hands which eventually causes Mamoru and Hina's bodies to glow as they're healed.

Later on in the series as Sailor Moon gets more powerful she can simply wish for someone to get better (such as Dark Sailor Mercury) which triggers an enormous golden aura to expand from her body which contains both healing and destructive properties.
