Sailor Moon's Tiara #3

Soon after the arrival of Sailor Venus in Act 8 of the manga, Sailor Moon's second tiara transformed into a new third version as she began to recall memories of her past life.

This new tiara is basically a large crescent moon symbol that sits directly on Sailor Moon's forehead and features a gem at it's centre with small details around it's edge.

The third tiara was not used in any attacks and seemed to be more of a transitional tiara between the second one and the pure crescent moon symbol that soon replaced it in the very next act once Sailor Moon fully awoke as Princess Serenity.
