Sailor Moon's Mask

Unlike in all the other versions of Sailor Moon, in the manga when Sailor Moon first transformed she was gifted with a mask (also referred to as "goggles" by some fans) as part of her overall design.

It was visually almost identical to Sailor V's mask with the only major difference being the colour, white.

Sailor Moon's mask allowed her to see where people were in trouble and was integral to her rescue of Naru in the very first Act of the series.

As the manga progressed though the mask started to be used less and less with Sailor Moon even seen removing it herself immediately after transforming several times before it being removed all together with no explanation in the story for it's disappearance.
