Good Lord has this year gone fast!!! It seems like Moonkitty.NET was just turning 8 a few weeks ago and now there's only 2 months until it turns 9! That's just one more year until it turns 10!!! Pretty amazing!

With that big milestone coming up I've dedicated myself to getting a complete Sailor Moon anime episode guide online. Before I write and screencap any new anime episodes though I've started going back and reformatting, spell checking, and fixing up the episode guides for the first season.

Currently A Moon Star is Born, Talk Radio, Slim City, So Your Want to be a Superstar, Computer School Blues and Time Bomb have been fixed up.

As I've said previously I managed to pick up my Sailor Moon DVDs while I was back in Australia so will be adding Sailor Moon DVD reviews to the episode guide pages complete with DVD menu screencaps and more so it matches the Live Action Sailor Moon Episode Guide.

Once season one is finished, I'll move on to where I was up to in the second season, Sailor Moon R and move forward at a steady pace to do the Sailor Moon movies, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon SuperS, Sailor Moon Stars as well as the undubbed episodes and specials.

The Sailor Moon Attacks are also being cleaned up with the broken links being fixed (you can all stop emailing me now! Haha. But thanks for caring!) and several attacks now finally having their separate pages for the anime, manga and live action versions.

Among these are Moon Disguise Power [anime] and Moon Disguise Power [manga], Mercury Bubbles Blast [manga] and and Mercury Aqua Mist [live action Mercury Bubbles Blast].

I've also started the long and arduous job of finally cleaning up the Sailor Moon Shopping and Review Guide. A work in progress. ;)

Those of you who are regulars to this site may have noticed that the Moonie Music Monday has been missing so far in 2008. Don't worry. I've just been really busy getting back into the groove of things after the holidays and it will be back tomorrow as per usual! Hurrah!

Still A Moonie (great concept!) has a new layout... or is it just me? Love those old manga images of Sailor Moon with the mask.

The Official Japanese Sailor Moon Site has updated with a day in the life of Mamoru and a Mailbox that's actually interesting! Someone asks where Sailor Moon lives and are told that it's a mystery but somewhere in the heart of Tokyo. (most likely referring to the superhero persona and not Usagi/Serena whom we know lives in Azabu Juban). Hilariously, someone also asks about how long it takes for the Sailors to transform! And the official answer is.... while it looks like it takes a while, the transformations actually happen instantly. You heard it here guys and gals. We now know why the baddies never attack during those 5 minute stock footage scenes! :D

It's begun! I've finally started the episode guide for the second season of the anime, Sailor Moon R! So far the first five episodes are online as well as Sailor Moon's new main attack for the season, Moon Sceptre Elimination. Hope you guys and gals like it!

UsagiandMamoruUniverse.com has revamped with a completely new layout featuring the live action Usagi and Mamoru! One of the best layouts I've seen in a LONG time! Well done!

The very cool Fighter4Luv English dub of Sailor Stars is going along very nicely and they've released some test footage which features their new Luna and Amy voice actresses here. (They're actually the same person!) Also in the same topic is a sample of their Tuxedo Mask which sounds very promising!

Also on this dub, the previously mentioned poll concerning changing Hotaru's name to "Tara" has been restarted and moved here. Let your voice be heard! Which name do you prefer?

The Deep Submerge Directory has updated though no Site of the Month this month. Oh, well!

Guess what? The live action Sailor Moon attacks are now 100% complete!!! Have just uploaded my guides for Sailor Jupiter's Unnamed Ground Attack, Sailor Mercury's Star Attack, Sailor Mars' Star Attack and Sailor Venus' Star Attack.

In addition to these I added some more screencaps and info to Sailor Jupiter's Star Attack and began the planned revamp of all of the attacks starting with Sailor Moon's "Sailor Hearing" manga and anime pages as well as her "Sailor Vision" move and the manga and anime pages for the "Sailor Scream" attack.

Still working with Sailor Moon's attacks, I finally made two separate manga and
anime pages for the famous Moon Tiara Magic attack and added additional information to both and rewrote some of the information to make it just sound better and be more informative.

After lots of procrastinating I've finished all the attack guides for the new attacks/weapons that appeared in the super Final Act which includes, Sailor Moon's unnamed world healing power, Sailor Mercury's third and final Mercury Sword, Sailor Mars' (and Sailor Venus') Mars and Venus Daggers and Sailor Jupiter's awesome Jupiter Spear. The only attack guides left to write are Jupiter's live action only ground attack, the Star Tambourine Star Attacks and one or two that will appear in the Act Zero and Special Act guides which should also be online very shortly. As soon as all the live action episode guides are online (and I'm including the short stories and Dance Lesson) and the attacks are finished I'll do some much needed resorting and probably throw all the attacks into their own subpage to make navigating just that little bit easier. Phew! Finally finished all of the attacks that were introduced in the seventh live action DVD which means we now have attack guides for Sailor Luna's rare teleport power and rather useless yet funny fan attack as well as Sailor Jupiter's Thunderbolt and very cool Star Attack I've also finally gotten around to doing the quick guide for Sailor Moon's healing powers. I've found some really interesting cultural notes for all of these attacks so even if you know about them check 'em out for the extra info I've added. Just added the attack guides for the massive live action attack Moonlight Attractive Attack and the cool second ice sword of Sailor Mercury. Have also been fixing up some graphic glitches that have been oh so easy to fix. All of the borders should now be aligned and the updates/news titles are a lot more spiffy. Just added 5 new Acts to the live action Sailor Moon episode guide, Act 8, Act 9, Act 10, Act 11 and Act 12. In an attempt to improve the episode guide I decided to get my hands on several of the live action Sailor Moon DVDs and redid all of the screencaps in the existing guides. No more clock in the upper right hand corner! Much better don't you think? I've also added three new live action attacks to the attack guide: Flower Hurricane, Shine Aqua Illusion and Crescent Beam which signal a revamp of the attack guide. I've decided to separate each version of the attacks. For example there are now three pages for Venus' Crescent Beam attack. One for manga, one for anime and one for live action. Am just in the middle of a site clean up this weekend so sorry about the mess. You'll notice that the main menu on the right has been revamped to a nice cleaner look. Am still fiddling with colours. Should the menu be pink? Or maybe blue? We'll see. In the next few days I'll be splitting up all the attacks. For example the page for Mercury Bubbles Blast will be sub divided into separate pages for the manga, anime and live action versions of the attacks. First of all to my wonderful affiliates old and new I'm in the middle of reorganising the way I link to everyone so don't worry, if a link isn't working it will be fixed within 24 hours. Currently I've created brand new 31x31 buttons for everyone and added them to the right hand menu. All I have to do now is activate them The descriptions on the link page will remain where they are as an added bonus. Feel free to use the buttons I made for your site in your own "Link Us" section.

Secondly while a lot of you were expecting Crystal Clear Destiny to be the next episode guide... I've found my earlier episodes and have decided to go back and do the first few episodes I had missed out on doing before so today we have guides to episodes 1 - 4 of Sailor Moon! Naturally I've updated several attacks with anime screencaps from these episodes. Hope you like them!

Was doing a few more tweaks to the layout tonight and made the very hard decision to remove the affiliate buttons on the right and side and make them super prominent links in the Web Links Section instead. All those buttons were just causing too much scrolling and load time on slower connections.

Hopefully you'll be pleased with the focus I've given them on the links pages with descriptions for each as well as being placed on the top of the page. If you're an affiliate and you have a problem with this, please let me know I'm open to suggestions though I think this should be fine.

I also removed the "Link Me" buttons and placed them with in the appropriate page as well as removed all but my fave misc graphics and placed those in the Web Links page as well.

In other site news we have two new attacks; Venus' Rolling Heart Vibration and Sailor Planet Attack. Expect them both to be expanded as the anime and live action guides get closer to completion. You can view them both and all the other attacks on the Sailor Moon Guides main index.

Tonight I've been doing several episode guides but am saving them for a huge batch update later on in the month. Something to look forward to!
