Mercury Aqua Cyclone [live action]

In Brief: A new attack that came out of nowhere that has a rather cool summoning action but the end result of the attack appears to be almost identical to Sailor Mercury's other moves though slightly more powerful in appearance.

Cultural: "In meteorology, a cyclone is an area of low atmospheric pressure characterized by inward spiraling winds that rotate counter clockwise in the northern hemisphere and clockwise in the southern hemisphere of the Earth.[1][2] Since the generic term covers a wide variety of meteorological phenomena, such as tropical cyclones, extratropical cyclones, and tornadoes, meteorologists rarely use it without additional qualification."

The Move: Sailor Mercury crosses her hands in front of her face as they begin to glow. She then rotates them counter clockwise several times then crosses her hands in front of her and holds her fingers in her signature pose.

The blue gem on her tiara then glows a bright blue which is followed by Sailor Mercury thrusting her arms in front of her and releasing a powerful blue water, air and energy blast at her opponent.
