Mercury Aqua Blizzard [live action]
First Appearance: Act 48
See Also: Live action only attack.

In Brief: After numerous water and wind based attacks, Sailor Mercury finally develops a powerful ice/snow based attack that manages to temporarily freeze Mamoru while he was possessed by Queen Metallia.
Once summoned, Mercury Aqua Blizzard creates a strong snow storm that freezes anything in it's way in solid ice.
Mercury Aqua Blizzard was only used on Act 48.

Cultural: "Snow originates in clouds that are below freezing, but it is not simply frozen
water. The formation of snow requires that dust or other particles be present
in the clouds. Molecules of water vapour adhere directly to the particles,
eventually forming snowflakes. When the snowflakes are heavy enough, they
fall to the ground. As the snowflakes fall through the clouds, sometimes ice
crystals break off the snowflakes; these ice crystals form nucleation points
for more snowflakes, so that one dust particle may be responsible for numerous
snowflakes.
Snowflakes are shaped differently depending on temperature, humidity, and
barometric pressure. The larger snowflakes form under high humidity and
relatively high temperatures, since, when the temperature is near freezing or
slightly above freezing, the snowflakes become wet and adhere to one
another. Snowflakes several inches across can be formed in this manner."

The Move: Seeing everyone's attacks failing one by one against their fight with Queen Metallia, Sailor Mercury stands up and summons all of her strength to create this one last powerful attack. Her blue gem in her tiara glows as she yells out "MERCURY AQUA BLIZZARD!". She strikes her usual Mercury pose though this time raises her arms wide, rotates them 180 degrees freezing the air it touches, then bringing them together as her energy gathers in her hands.
When the energy reaches it's peak she releases it and causes a strong, freezing blizzard to blast from her hands towards her opponent.
