In Brief: Having recently received her new star transformation pen, Sailor Mars finds herself in a fight with Catsy who had attempted to take over her temple. Dealing with the fact that her Mars Fire Ignite attack isn't strong enough to win the fight she calls upon her grandfather's strength and the power of Mars and summons Mars Celestial Fire Surround!

Cultural: " In Buddhism, mandalas are rich with symbolism that evokes various aspects of Buddhist teaching and tradition. This is part of what makes the creation of a mandala a sacred act, for as they work, the monks are imparting the Buddha's teachings.
Outside the square temple are several concentric circles. The outermost circle is usually decorated with stylized scrollwork resembling a ring of fire. This ring of fire symbolizes the process of transformation humans must undergo before being able to enter the sacred territory within. It both bars the unitiated and symbolizes the burning of ignorance. "

The Move: Sailor Mars begins the attack by drawing a fire circle in the air around her. Circular symbols then appear and begin to spin on this circle. She then brings her hands together in front of her chest, draws the symbols into her palms and then releases them at her opponent.
