The new Affiliate rule that I mentioned last week has been implemented. Those sites that haven't been updated within the last 364 days have been removed from the side menu though they are still linked in the Web Links page. It just seemed unfair to be offering these sites such high exposure when their sites are offline, broken or static since 2003. ;)
If you're the owner of one of the removed sites, simply update your site and email me to let me know and I'll place your site back on the menu with the rest.
