Some Sailor Moon Attacks 

Just added the attack guides for the massive live action attack Moonlight Attractive Attack and the cool second ice sword of Sailor Mercury. Have also been fixing up some graphic glitches that have been oh so easy to fix. All of the borders should now be aligned and the updates/news titles are a lot more spiffy.
